amenities of Calpe. The ground floor comprises of 1 double bedded room and 1 twin bedded room, a shower room with W.C. and another separate cloakroom/w.c. There is a large lounge which opens into a large covered conservatory/naya, also used as a dining area. The double doors from here lead down the steps to the magnificent garden, pool/BBQ/patio area. The kitchen has cutlery, crockery glassware etc gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Hot water is provided via a gas boiler, gas and electricity are included. The TV's in both lounges are tuned to Sky Freeview (the card is provided) and the lounge has feature fireplace with electric fire. The 1st floor can be accessed by a door leading from the conservatory/naya via an internal staircase. This door can be locked making it self contained and then only accessible via its own external entrance to create an apartment which comprises of a covered balcony with spectacular views, a lounge with small double sofa bed, TV & DVD and a small kitchen with hob, fridge microwave kettle toaster etc and double bedded room with its own en-suite shower room.
