owners for shorter/longer letting rates. There will be an additional
charge of
£45 per person for more than 6 occupants. Max 8 occupants.
All rentals include gas, electricity & water
(Except long term lets.)
Mid stay towel/linen change can be arranged at approximately £9.99
per
person per change. (Please bring your own towels for Pool/Beach
use.)
A non-refundable deposit of 25% secures your booking,
with the final balance, together with a refundable security deposit
of £200, payable 8 weeks prior to commencement of the booking.
Full payment & security deposit is required at time of booking
if rental date is within 8 weeks.
